The Contract

Below you can peruse the 2025-2028 contract between the AEA and Abington SD, and a quick reference for the 2025-2028 pay scale.

Below you can peruse the pay scale for 25-28 contract. For ease of comprehension, it has been divided into versions. Version 1 is for employees hired prior to this contract. Version 2 is for new employees hired under the new contract. Note that for legacy employees, your pay scale continues to increase at essentially the same rate as the old contract. New employees receive a bump of a couple steps in order to a) reduce overall steps from 16 to 13, and b) entice and retain new talent in the district.
