PSEA-PACE, which stands for the Political Action Committee for Education, is the dedicated political action arm of our state union. Funded entirely by voluntary contributions from members like us—not from union dues—PACE's mission is to help elect pro-public education candidates to office at both the local and state levels. The endorsement process is strictly non-partisan; PACE supports candidates from any political party based on their record and commitment to strengthening public schools, respecting educators, and supporting students. By pooling our individual contributions through PACE, we create a powerful, collective voice in elections, ensuring that the officials who make decisions about school funding, our pensions, and educational policy are true "friends of education."
